Nowa płyta "Beautiful You" nagrana z Gregiem Pearle ukaże się 13 października. Gościnnie Guy Fletcher a album powstał w studiu MK British Grove. Szkoda że zabraknie gitary Marka tak jak to miało miejsce na dwóch poprzednich krążkach Johna I. Ale bardzo jestem ciekawy jak to zabrzmi Uśmiech

ale ja bym tutaj bardzo chciał aby powstał album koncertowy z tegorocznej trasy i żeby zawierał dużo materiałów bonusowych itp. tak jak to jest u innych artystów.

Bardzo przyjemna płyta. Melancholijna i spokojna, choć są i żywsze momenty.
Saksofon Chrisa White'a dodaje tu i ówdzie leciutkiego jazzowego tonu. Paul Brady wnosi celtycki klimacik, grając na flażolecie. Na instrumentach perkusyjnych pojawia się Danny Cummings. Wspomnijmy jeszcze Guya Fletchera - i mamy niemal samych znajomych. Oczko

Solówki gitarowe np. w "One", "Loving You" czy "Love Let Me Breathe" brzmią bardzo w stylu MK. Jeśli wierzyć teledyskowi do "One" - gra sam John. Dla mnie to przyjemna niespodzianka. Uśmiech

"One" piękny utwór. Posłuchajcie. Głos Grega Pearle'a troszkę jak Jimmy Naila ale bardziej pod Davida Gilmoura. I to prawda ta gitara bardzo Markowa. Bardzo mi się podoba.

Potęga Knopflera opiera sie na genialnych kompozycjach.
